A copy of all notes and / or meeting minutes taken by all delegates, to whom ATIP rules apply. Copies of all speaking notes prepared for the Minister and / or Canadian representatives to do with this trade mission, whether used or unused. A list of cities and hotels where the Minister stayed during this trade mission. The Complete "trip-book" or other-named document performing a similar function produced for the Minister regarding this trade mission. A list of all government and non-government organizations and / or individuals this trade mission visited or met with, formally or informally, including any background information on these organizations gathered or produced to prepare this trade mission.
