Note: If a deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or statutory holiday, you have until the next business day to meet that deadline.

2013 AgriStability Interim Payment Application Deadline

March 31, 2014: 2013 Interim Payment Application deadline.

2013 AgriStability Enrolment Deadline

April 30, 2013: This deadline has passed.

Deadline for new participants to request a New Participant Package for 2013.

  • Enrolment Notice deadline to indicate you do not want to participate for the program year or 30 days from the date on your 2013 Enrolment Notice, whichever is later.
  • Deadline to pay your 2013 fee without a penalty or 30 days from the date on your 2013 Enrolment Notice, whichever is later.
  • Fees paid after this date will have a 20% penalty added. If you do not submit your fee by December 31, 2013 or 60 days from the date on your 2013 Enrolment Notice (whichever is later), you will not be eligible for 2013 benefits and you will owe the fee, the Administrative Cost Share, and any late penalties.

March 31, 2013: This deadline has passed. 

2012 AgriStability/AgriInvest Harmonized Form without penalty

September 30, 2013: Deadline to submit the 2012 AgriStability/AgriInvest Harmonized Form without penalty.

2012 AgriStability/AgriInvest Harmonized Form with penatly

December 31, 2013: Deadline to submit the 2012 AgriStability/AgriInvest Harmonized Form with penalty.

If you miss the September 30 deadline, you can still submit the form until December 31 with a $500/month reduction to your payment.

2012 AgriStability Enrolment Deadline

April 30, 2012: This deadline has passed.

Deadline for new participants to request a New Participant Package for 2012.

  • Enrolment Notice deadline to indicate you do not want to participate for the program year (or 30 days from the date on your 2012 Enrolment Notice).
  • Deadline to pay your 2012 fee without a penalty (or 30 days from the date on your 2012 Enrolment Notice).
  • Fees paid after this date will have a 20% penalty added. You must pay your 2012 AgriStability fee by December 31, 2012 or you will be ineligible to participate in AgriStability for the 2012 program year.

AgriStability is delivered in Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador and Yukon by the federal government. The information on this website refers to deadlines and other delivery details for these provinces only.
