• Identification, fonctions et interactions des membres cultivables et non cultivables de la flore microbienne présente dans le rumen et le tractus gastro-intestinal
• Conception, développement et application de microéchantillons et de sondes d'ADN pour l'analyse de la composition ainsi que des activités des flores microbiennes présentes dans le rumen et dans l'intestin
